    Finding h and g drives
    I got this computer from grandma and need to update the windows on it... can't cause the places where I put the discs are not showing up on anything. When I use run it says it is not there and I should look elsewhere for it. Please advise... thanks

    Hi there

    Are you trying to update Windows with a CD or Flash Drive?

    Double-click on "My Computer", do you see the CD/DVD drive there?
