    Hi bella, I don't know how to do it but if you Google the name of the dance you will come up with a YouTube video made by the woman who choreographed it for the movie. You can learn it that way.

    Bollywood is a little complicated to explain in text. Best to search you tube, many people have done variations including the dancing prisioners, and they did a pretty awesome job.
