    Hi,
Some of the L120/L130s were susceptible to wiring harness damage. In rare occasions it is near the PTO clutch plug. Most often it is somewhere along the right side of the frame in what is called the rear harness (it is the part going to the seat switch.) Check those wires for damage/breakage.
    Peace,
    Clarke

John Deere L120 Transaxle [ 12 Answers ]

Is there a way to add hydraulic fluid to a John Deere L120 riding mower? Background: it's about 5 years old. This year it is having difficulty going up hills. I thought it might be the belt, so with the unit upright, I replaced the belt. Now, it won't go at all. I believe (is this possible?)...

John deere L120 transmission [ 1 Answers ]

Have tried all the mentioned solutions to the transmission problem for my JDL120 and just had it in recently to the dealer-they say if it continues(which it has- works well for about 45 minutes on flat lawn- then as I do the slopes- it hardly moves-they say transmission fluid is topped up) has over...

John Deere L120 disassembly [ 1 Answers ]

I have a L120 with 119 hrs. on it that has thrown its drive belt. What is the easiest way to disassemble the tractor to get to the belt? I have replaced the deck belt X 2, spring tensioners, spindles but this looks a bit more tedious. David
