    Uhm one he uhmmm says I LOVE YOU and says he means it:)
    Secondly, he holds my hand for no reason. He surprises me with random kisses:) he says he doesn't like me:(

    Yes he likes you and yes he is shy.

    That's about all there is to it. Go ask him out, maybe you'll teach him to outgrow his shyness. :)
