    Hi, Poonam Parekh!

If you might like to post a draft of such a letter here, without putting any contact information in it, I'm sure that there will be those of us who'll be willing to come along and suggest to you ways that you might make improvements to it.

    Thanks!

Okay, here's how you might start it.

You need you letterhead at the top of the page. Next, you need to have the date. That can be centered of left-justified.

Then you need the name an address to whom the letter is to be written. That is something that's usually left-justified.

Then, here's how you might begin the letter:

Dear [Person to whom it's to be addressed.]

Please accept this correspondence as an indication of our interest in... [You need to fill that in.]

That's all for now. Please give to me more information as to specifically what this is concerning?

    Thanks!

I can try, Poonam Parekh! And, I will!

But, if you could give me more specifics as to what this is concerning, that would be helpful.

Even single words would be helpful. Just sketches...

Then, we can go from there!

    Thanks!
