    Unwed fathers right to child
    Im in Georgia, me and my girlfriend have been together 7 yrs. She has moved back to Fla. Because I have had it with her destructive ways. We have a 6 year old son, she is a really bad welfare drugaddict. I am responsible and work. Can I go get my baby.

    Is your name on the birth certificate?
    You need to go to court and try to prove her unfit if she is and file for primary custody. If she isn't then file for joint custody.
