    Aggravated Unlicensed Operation?

    IT DEPENDS IN WHAT STATE YOU ARE. THIS WAS BEFORE Years ago AUO 3rd was a violation, and not considered a crime but some states DO NOT consider a crime.

    You will be just fine, if they sent you a bill to pay the fee's just pay it. GET THIS OVER WITH AND OPERATE ANY VEHICLE WITH PROPER LICENSE.

    Am being charged with a class E felony. The judge believes the DA will present the case to a Grand Jury.

    Hello P:

    While the DA is building his case, you're not going to get it dismissed unless they wind up with no evidence.

    I'd also get me a lawyer.
