    Ford explorer
    I have a 1994 ford explorer and there is always water coming out of my exaust.

    Head gasket leak or cracked head.

    Water coming out of exhaust is a normal byproduct of combustion and is normal to some extent... thats why they put drain holes in mufflers... to drain the water.
    Now how much water is coming out and weather you have to add antifreeze are what we need to know. Little water and never add antifreeze= normal. Lots of water and have to add antifreeze= maybe head, headgasket...
    But look around at other cars... all have water dripping out of exhaust
