    How can I stop my wife from every thing
    I live in Wa state. After 28 years my wife abandoned she emptied all bank accounts and hid all our assets my two days later 6 officers of the court forcibly served me with a restraining order , it was filled with most veil lies,removing me from our $500,00.00 + custom log house that I designed and built from the footing to the custom kitchen and cabinets. I am now homeless and penniless with no one to help me. What can I do? P. S. some times viagra doesn't work. I have been told by attornys and the court that it's a women's state and I have no recourse is this true. Can I sue my wife?

    No, its not true and yes, you can sue your wife. Search for a lawyer what will accept a future payment. There are many that may be sympathetic to your issue.

    After contacting 20 attorneys and twice as many referrals where are these sympathetic attorneys ? :edplant

    Its not about sueing your wife its about the laws and how they apply to you. What you need to do is file for divorce if that hasn't already been started. Make sure you have a paper trail of the missing funds as far out as you can. Washington State is a community property state and in your plea you can ask that the home be sold. In doing so it would allow you to hire a lawyer and get going on your responses or inquiries. The lawyer can take his/her fees from the sale of the home provided there is enough equity after the funds are being split. Also they should be able to help you recover at least 1/2 of the missing funds. You need a lawyer. DO NOT attempt this by yourself.

    My wife empted all accounts closed jouint cerdit filed a abogus restraining order leveing me homeless and with out a dime where are thies lawyer angels ? I live in king county Washington : edplant
