    Exercise help
    Hello,

I have two problem spots on my body my stomach and my legs. I would like to get my legs toned and have a somewhat flat stomach. Is there any specific exercises that could move the process along faster.

    Thanks
    Brit

I am trying to get rid of some baby weight, and these moves are helping out.

Crunches and bellydancing for the tummy area, and for the leg area I use lunges, walking and running. The walking and running can also be done in place for a few minutes if you don't feel like going outside; music helps a lot too. Also, it really helped when I cut down on caffiene and upped my water intake. Good luck to you and hope this helps!
