    Logging problems
    I'm with AOL, when trying to sign on I receive a message saying " The sn master,idx file is missing" Please restore. How is this problem rectified please.

    You need to uninstall AOL and reinstall

    -Go to control panel, add remove/program and uninstall any AOL software there

    -Go to c:\program files\ folder and delete any AOL folders

    -Reinstall AOL and install as Already Member

    Once reinstalled, all files will be present and will be able to log in now
