That's about 22 pounds- that would be 11 pounds a week!
Well there is a way- not exactly a healthy way though. It involves starving yourself, exercising vigorously and taking laxatives.
Like I said it's not healthy. It could even kill you!
There is a better way though.
You can start by eating healthier; that doesn't mean you have to eliminate all junk foods- just eat less. Have a treat once a week.
You also have to exercise; you won't lose much weight without it. This means at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. If you are unable to go to the gym then my suggestion to you is to invest on some exercising DVD's- pilates? Aerobics?
Get active. Eat healthier. Be positive.
I would also like to give you a great word of advice and let know that INCHES are far more important than the amount of weight you lose. It's INCHES that tell you if your getting slimmer-- because when you exercise you can actually gain muscle in which may not decrease your weight.
Can I also ask: Why do you want to lose so much weight so quickly?
