    User Account in control panel is not running in windows XP
    User Account in control panel is not running in windows XP
    So I am unable to change the way of user log on or off.

    Are you logged in using an account with Admin privileges? Is this a home computer versus a work computer?

    I have logged in as administrator and this is in large network in a Industry.
