Has anyone travelled to Panama, in particular, stayed at the Decameron beach spa hotel. I was thinking of going there for a week. Just curious how their accommodations and food are. Can you get sick from their food, as in Cuba and other poor countries.

Be cautious of the water and ice, but not the food, unless you eat it raw.
