    It's a point-by-point list of something. Give more information, please.

    My Bedtime Ritual
    * put on jammies
    * eat a snack
    * drink decaf green tea
    * take a calcium tablet
    * read one chapter of a book
    * brush teeth
    * get into bed
    * turn out light
    * say prayers
    * go to sleep

    When you have stated your objectives,then the main body,link in your summary with your objectives as pointed out by wondergirl in a point on point fashion.
