I have a glacier bay medicine cabinet model 122-757 and one of the hinges broke. I have not been able to find a similar one at Home Depot. Can I order a hinge directly from glacier bay? Phone number?

As you know, glacier Bay is carried by Home Depot.
Most Glacier Bay faucets are manufactured by Globe Union Industrial Faucet Company of Canada , China, and elsewhere. Their brands, besides Pegasus and Glacier Bay, include Danze and Gerber.

Hi Jim47,

Call this number 1-800-832-4374. Give them the model number and they will send it to you. I got this number from all the paperwork that was inside my box. My hinge also broke same model as yours. The replacement will cost you 5$ for one or 2 for 8$. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem and it took a long time to figure out, but I did get help from the Home Depot Kitchen and Bath department in one of the stores.

Here is what you need to do: call Galleria (they manufacture it) on 800-832-4374
If possible, have the sku number for the medicine cabinet.

They charged me $8 for two replacement hinges and said they have a lifetime warranty. 2 to 3 days to ship out.

I have a Glacier Bay surface mounted 20" x 26 " medicine cabinet and cannot locate
The model number. I need replacement hinges, the door side is recessed and the cabinet side hinge is surface mounted. Please advise.

Take a picture of it and go to Home Depot, it is their cabinet. They should be able to identify or possibly match the hinges to another one. Good luck.

I'm buying these from DLawless Hardware.com I asked in an email and gave dimensions and was refereed these parts with the 0mm mounting plate reccomendation vs 2mm. But for under a quarter each I can afford to not be picky. Hope the item #'s and descriptions help.

I had the same thing happen and went to my local Home Depot. They gave me the model number (4450) and SKU 122-757. Glacier Bays' Customer Service Number is 877-527-0313

May 21, 2012. I called the Glacier Bay number and they gave me a Home Depot customer service number. (Glacier Bay is a Home Depot proprietary company). The number is 800-654-0688, option 3. Cathy very cheerfully took my order.
