You may find what you are looking for here.
    About Supreme Court

    Or here
    Divorce in North Carolina

Keep in mind, if you print out the divorce forms, and fill them out yourself, you still have to pay the state fee for filing them.

But I would not advise it. If you both agree, then use a attorney for no fault. Most if not all of the forms found for divorce online is for a non contested divorce.

Agree. Use an attorney. Certain issues concerning alimony is sensitive. I've had a pal who wants to file for separation. The couple contest over every assets jointly owned during the brief marriage. They also have arguments over the alimony and in the end, his wife, decided to put a nominal value of $1 as monthly alimony. This was later discovered by his attorney and advised him against it. The reason is that this nominal sum could be later contested based on some laws under the Woman's Charter or other equivalent laws.

I guess there are things we couldn't "see" in legal terms. So better to leave it to the law experts.

    Hopes this helps.

I also agree, and should have included that in my post. Its always better to go through a lawyer and let him do the filing for you, that way nothing is over looked. My apologies for overlooking this.
