Its very possibly your age. Have you reached menopause yet? You could be going through that.

Or simply your metabolisim is slowing and you will need to work harder than before.

    Good luck hon. *hugs*

Unfortunately, mother nature isn't very kind after our 30's, it becomes easier for us to gain weight and harder to lose it. It can be for a number of reasons: your less active, your not doing any strength training to maintain muscle, maybe your even eating more calories. As you age your metabolism slows down and you also have a gradual loss of body cells that help you burn calories when your resting.

There are a few things that you can do:
-Exercise and add some cardio to your routine that lasts at least 30 min.
-Drink more water and less caffeine and eliminate soda drinks.
-Add more fruits and veggies to your diet
-Get a good nights rest everyday.
-Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of three big meals to keep your metabolism going.

    Good luck.

    Sarah
