    Tax Liability
I do payroll for a home based business - can someone tell me the approximate tax liability for an annual income of 14,640 for one of our employees who will be claiming 6 depdendents. She works part-time for us and this is her only income. Is there a table that I can download or some calculation. These part-time persons often ask about federal tax liability in claiming exemptions.

I would venture a guess that she would have no tax liability. See the table below:

Check out the tax center for tables and charts. http://www.taxpolicycenter.org/TaxFa...e.cfm?Docid=33
