    Manopause at 38 .
    Hello,
I am just entered in my 38 and I noticed I am approaching to MANOPAUSE since last 2 years.
All the symptoms are positive. I accepted the reality. I had no problem, only since the day I got my blood report about complete lipid profile.
I got my blood report as -

    LDL- 130
    HDL- 60
TOTAL CHOLOSTROAL- 211( increased from 178 to 211 in past 3 months)
    HEOMOGLOBIN- 11.6
    PLATELET- 444 - 10#3
    SUGAR - NORMAL
    THYROID - NORMAL.

What do you think, I am reporting a normal range or is there any problem with my cholesterol level.
** My only problem about approaching to manopuase is -
    1- difficulty in breathing
    2- difficulty in walking
    3- extreeam tiredness
    4- weight gain
    5-poor digestion

    Please help...

Its menopause and I don't know why you are thinking you are approaching it at 38. The symptoms you suggest appear to be more like a heart condition then menopause. Your cholesterol is high.

There are 35 symptoms of menopause, you have one of them, weight gain, which happens under any conditions. These symptoms are not carved in stone and coming from a woman who has already been through menopause and not suffered at all, some of us breeze through this condition quite easily and happily without being called a nasty name once.

    1. Hot flashes, flushes, night sweats and/or cold flashes, clammy feeling (see note)
    2. Irregular heart beat
    3. Irritability
    4. Mood swings, sudden tears
    5. Trouble sleeping through the night (with or without night sweats)
    6. Irregular periods; shorter, lighter periods; heavier periods, flooding; phantom periods, shorter cycles, longer cycles
    7. Loss of libido (see note)
    8. Dry vagina (see note)
    9. Crashing fatigue
    10. Anxiety, feeling ill at ease
    11. Feelings of dread, apprehension, doom (see note)
    12. Difficulty concentrating, disorientation, mental confusion
    13. Disturbing memory lapses
    14. Incontinence, especially upon sneezing, laughing; urge incontinence
    15. Itchy, crawly skin
    16. Aching, sore joints, muscles and tendons
    17. Increased tension in muscles
    18. Breast tenderness
    19. Headache change: increase or decrease
    20. Gastrointestinal distress, indigestion, flatulence, gas pain, nausea
    21. Sudden bouts of bloat
    22. Depression
    23. Exacerbation of existing conditions
    24. Increase in allergies
    25. Weight gain
    26. Hair loss or thinning, head, pubic, or whole body; increase in facial hair
    27. Dizziness, light-headedness, episodes of loss of balance
    28. Changes in body odor
    29. Electric shock sensation under the skin and in the head (see note)
    30. Tingling in the extremities (see note)
    31. Gum problems, increased bleeding
    32. Burning tongue, burning roof of mouth, bad taste in mouth, change in breath odor
    33. Osteoporosis (after several years)
    34. Changes in fingernails: softer, crack or break easier
    35. Tinnitus: ringing in ears, bells, 'whooshing,' buzzing etc. (see note)

    Thanks,
My query about problem is I am sure that I am approaching to manopause because all 35 symptoms are similer to me with the current (heart)problem which I shared with you all as I checked my cholost. Level is 211/ LDL - 130), I also heard that during manopause female are more prone to heart attack because of aestrogen harmone level drops. Is it the case with me?? Do
These all symptoms are making me confuse.
I have done my thyroid test, which is negative. Also sugar level is normal.
Only my cholostral level is shoot up abnormally from 170 to 211 is my worring point.
What should I do, as I am not feeling well, every day is a big challenge for me.
Every day I feel a different symptoms and I am not able to manage /cope up with this new metabolic changes in my body.

Cholesteral, as high as you have, is not going to do your heart problem any good and I get the impression you know that.

I would say get you to a doctor asap and get sorted out and on some good meds before something happens.

Try not to put too much emphasis on the menopause, ride it through. I don't know what other advice to give you.

There is obviously more going on in your system then a heart condition and menopause symptoms.
