    I have a new business cleaning foreclosures and move-outs. Do I charge by the room, sq. ft. or by the hour?

    Hi, tracy, you should have posted this separately rather then add on.I would charge by the hour, that is a tough job because you really don't know what you are getting into. They would be getting a really good deal if you did it by the room or by the square foot !
