    Why solids are not hot when the atoms are in continuous motion in them?:(

    They are hot -- just not as hot as you are thinking.

    The degree of vibrational motion in a molecule depends on how hot they are, not the other way around. If you cooled molecules down to absolute zero (if that were possible), all molecular motion would stop. The hotter they are, the more vibration you'll find in the chemical bonds of the structure.
