Can someone tell where I can get a transformer or tell how this switch and fan is wire so I can replace the fan with a new ceiling fan?

You can simply replace the transformer with a 3 speed ceiling fan wall switch available at any hardware store. Or replace the fan and replace the transformer with a regular toggle switch.
