    Reducing hips
    Heyy
I was just checking out my figure the other day and I noticed that my hips are a little bulging out. So I need some tips on reducing hips. I kind of weight conscious so I want to get rid of the extra fat asap!

If you want to remove the fat in your hip, exercising is the best way. If you want to remove the extra fat everywhere, then again exercising, but along with a change in your diet. Have less greasy foods, more vegetables, fruits, water, cereals. Then, chew your food well before swallowing. This is a small tip that has its effect in the long run.

    Hope it helped! :)

Does anyone know an excersise that reduces hip size? I know that you can not spot reduce, and that regular excersise will help with overall body fat, but does anyone know of an excersise that is targeted more towards your hips? Thank you!
