    Conversion of B1/B2 visa into H1
    Hi. I am currently in US on B1/B2 visa and want to convert it into H1.
    Please advice

    Find an H-1B petitioner with an open position that requres a bachelors degree that you hold and file immediately, numbers still available.

    You need to see what nonimmigrant visa you qualify for to keep you in status while you are waiting for a permanent residence petition to be approved. You should start with getting your resume and find an immigration attorney to review your background to see what NIV you qualify for. Good luck.

    Can u find a attonery lawyer,where I can contact him, I will stay in los angeles or san antanio at my uncle place.where my work can been done smoothly and will get success.
