Is there a directory (like yellow pages, etc.) where you can find personal email addresses? I need a Canadian directory.

I don't believe such a thing exists as people can have multiple email addresses and no email website makes you prove your identity.

If your looking for someone online you might try Facebook / myspace etc.

E-mail providers don't publicize addresses and most people don't broadcast their addresses.
