    What should I do about a salon conflict
    I just left my salon to do booth rent at another salon, I call all my client and mail them the new information. I just found out that my old boss is sending free services to my clients and I already loss a few, What should I do? Shoul I send them something too. What would you do?

    He should have respected that they were your clients and not initiated a conflict of interest situation. Yes, by all means send them a notice saying where you are, again.

    My clients already know where I am, and my boss thinks I'm the one stealing clients from her because I work as an employee. Do you think I should send some kind of discout to them after she already send the free services
