    Non custodial parent vs step parent
    I live in the state of Oregon, I am divorced with 2 children. I am the non custodial parent, my ex husband and I have equal decision making. His wife now of 4 years, considers herself their mother, they are only allowed to call me by first name/mom. She makes all their decisions regarding school, health, etc. I feel like she is making sure I have no say in their life anymore and when I try to talk o their father, he just makes excuses. I am at the end of my rope and need to know if there is anything I can do to make this stop.

    Why does the father have custody instead of you?

    Are you able to talk to or spend time with your kids?

    Have you voice your concerns to their father?
