I purchased lg colour television model no.ra-21fe46v 2 years back. Now the display is showing horizontal beam only. Can anybody help me to sort out this problem as I am aware of eht & basics of monitors.

Unless you're an electronics-knowledgeable person, this is something that requires an electronics technician. It sounds like the vertical oscillator has burned out (if this is a CRT-based television).
