First this is not texting, IMing or a chat room. We do not use chat speak here.

Second, most current music is protected by copyright. Unless offered freely by the copyright holder it would be illegal to download them for free.

So the best place to find free music downloads is at the artist's web sites. Some artists offer tracks for free to drum up business.
