    '80s kids musical, any ideas?
    I'm trying to figure out the name of a movie I watched in school in 1991, but it probubly wasn't brand new at the time. It was a lower budget musical with kind of a "Zoobilee Zoo' feel. There was a main girl that visits these different characters and each of them sang a song. I think the girl had a funky red outfit with pigtails, and it was more of a young adult playing a girl. I remember a scene with a character singing on a porch swing, and then a frog character that played leap frog with the girl. There were more, but these scenes are what have stuck in my mind for some reason.

    No one has ever had a clue of what I am talking about, so I'm starting to doubt that it even exists! If anyone has any idea of what it could be, I'll be so thankfull! This has bothered me long enough!

    The pigtails make it sound like Pippy Longstockings but I'm not sure
