    If the jail is full dose that mean I won't have to go back to jail on my due date

    No. Theyt will find somewhere to put you if they feel incarceration is necessary.

    It all depends on the courts. We can't predict what a court will do. If they feel you need to be incarcerated they will find a place. If they feel you can be released on probation they will.

    I was all ready sentenced I gota turn myself in in a month but I was told that if the jail is full they just take you name and that's the end of that

    Look, I answered your question to the best of my ability. Repeatedly asking the same question over and over even if you word it differently isn't going to change anything.

    We can't predict what your court will do. Its true that frequently they will let non violent, petty offenders free on probation because of jail overcrowding. But whether that will apply in your case we can't say.

    Jails were over crowded once here when my friend had to report. He was sentanced with com-serv then put on non reporting for a year for hit petty-theft. But like guy said it all up to the court. Good luck!

    If you are sentenced and the jail knows you are coming - trust me - they will find room for you even if it means that someone can go home early. Be sure to show up when and where you are supposed to.
