    Ceiling fan light dimmed
    Hi,

I have a Hunington Bay Ceiling Fan/light with remote control. Last night the light suddenly dimmed. I exchanged with new light. It's still the same. Wondering if anyone can have some idea to help me fix the problem.

    Thanks,

Have you tested the dim function on the remote?

    Hi,

There is no dim function in the remote. Have not removed the fan and at this stage, may have no intention to do it. Just want to fix the problem.

Looking froward to heaing from you.

I believe there is a dim function on the remote and it has been activated and perhaps you are not aware of it. I believe you have to hold down the light button.
