Guitar adjustments needed for drop c?
Okay so I am buying a guitar that is tuned to standard and I'm wondering what adjsutments I need to make for it?

I have proper strings for the tuning and I know iwill probably have to adjust the floyd rose but do I need to adjust the truss rod?

Well, since no one else has jumped in on this one, I'll give you my thoughts. While I play totally standard tuning so can't claim to be an expert on drop C, I can't imagine why you would adjust the truss rod. I believe that is for neck integrity, and as such, is not something that you'd change for tuning.

To qualify my opinion on this, while I have 3 guitars (Gibson Les Paul Custom, Gretsch Jet Firebird and Hoeffner accoustic) I play them, I don't adjust them myself. I have that professionally done.

Hope this info helps you decide.
