    Hello C:

    There are a lot of them. I'll bet there are a few who won't let you in, but I don't know. Canada won't, so I'd bet any of the commonwealth countries won't.

    It will depend on what the crime was, all felonies are not equal and it will depend on the specific nation you want to go to
