    Foreclosure effecting credit
I have found out that the man that I am currently dating had a foreclosure in 2007 in the state of Florida because of a divorce situation. My question is how long does it take to repair ones credit so that he might be able to obtain a mortgage again?

Depends. If the foreclosure was the only negative it might not take very long. On the other hand if there are other black marks it could take awhile.
