    Video games are not bad for you as long as you don't overdo them. Make sure you don't take the games too seriously, make sure that school, work, family and your health come first, have other interests besides video games and take a rest every hour to walk around and stretch. Follow these rules and you shouldn't have any problems with video games.

    Maybe if you get really nervous while playing a game it might be bad for you. Sometimes when I'm playing a violent game my stomach gets a sick feeling. I think if you constantly play them and feel sick it might be bad for you, but not if you play them sometimes.

    I have a bunch of games up in my old room and I come upstairs and play for a while. But if I play for too long I force myself to get off. If I do stay on too long I get dizzy and my eyes hurt.

    Video games can be bad or good. It all depends on how you play them. If you are playing during all your free time and not socializing with other people then video games can be bad, for you are not building constructive social bonds with others. On the other hand if you use video games as a way to relieve stress, or as a time to relax they can be good. Video games are great for developing hand and eye coordination and if you are playing online they can be great social networking tools. Video games can be used to introduce people to the latest technologies. Video games can also be educational, I would suggest Oregon Trail, or Where in the World is Carmen San Diego. Those are excellent games.

    video games are not bad for you, they are actually good. They improve hand-eye coordination. They can only be bad if you play on them 24/7 and don't have any breaks

    video games are bad for you because I use to play soccer a lot,and I was really good at it,know I can't play soccer no more and I suck at it... thax to video games made me stay home every day.Kow I'm trying to move on... to not play video games a lot
