Is this a tub that gets drained after each use or is it a hot tub that reuses the same water?

If the hot tub is a recent purchase, say, with in the past 2 to three years you probably have a digital top side if so look for the heat icon in the digital display. If you donot see a heat icon you could have an air lock, which means you will have to bleed the system, usually pump #1 of air, this could happen just after refilling the tub.

If all pumps are running and you have a heat icon it's possible you have a bad heater.

If you have an older tub look for a heat light of some kind, could be near the heater or even near the top side where you push the buttons.

Is this truly a Jazucci, if so what model and year?

    It's a cal spa model(PS-3)
    Its like 15 years old

There's no digital gauge.. just dials/knobs

Where would I find diagrams to locate heaters

The problem with that PS-3 Cal Spa is the way they plumed the plumbing off pump #1. Cal Spa rather than putting the filter on the suction side of the pump they put it on the discharge side of the pump, this cause the pump to become air bound and thus not enough water flow through the heater to close the pressure switch, thus no heating.

What you might try is removing the filter with the spa off and re tighten it and checking the bleed valve located on the filter cap it self. Make sure this valve is tight and make sure the "O" ring that is in that air vale is not deteriorate. If it needs replacing, you can get a replacement from Home Depot or Lowe's.

You have air in the system and if you check these points you should be able to get going again. That particular spa is tough to get going, but it can be done.

    Good Luck
