Could you recommend a Hair colour brand which does not cause dermatitis. In other word which hair colour is ppd free

My girlfriend has suffered severe allergic reactions to permanent black hair colors and has been told she's allergic to pdd or ppd. Its known as differnet names in different places

She has been using natural black hair colours successfully without any allergy, although they wash out so quickly and even a spot of rain has it running out

She is desperate to know if there are any permanent black dyes on the market without the dreaded pdd/ppd in it

    She is not ammonia/peroxide allergic

The reason I am confident there may be one, is she is also allergic to tattoos. She had 5 done when she was younger and apparently this makes you more to susceptible to this allergy as the dreaded pdd/ppd is in tattoo ink

I recently found out that there are certain tattoo inks without now, so was hoping the same breakthru had been made in hair color.

If she wants it black, she should try an henna and indigo mix! There are a lot of sites that sell these mixs, but you should only use body art qualtiy henna since she has alleg. Just do a Google search: Body Art Quality Henna and it should pull some good companys like Henna for hair and such. Just follow directions and all should be well!
