    Unless you are planning on a lawsuit - which I don't see here, under these conditions - this is a relationship question.

    If it IS a legal question, need more info about how you've been harmed by this person's actions.

    I agree with all of the above!

    First of you don't give too much information. But if you have a friend who turns out to be a BAD friend: cut ties, move on and make new friends!
