    I loss over $3000 money in stock market. The question is how much I should fill out in line 13. By the way, I am a day trade patent.

    Have you completed Schedule D? It walks you through how to report all your trades. If you have a net loss > $3K, line 21 of Schedule D is where you limit that amount to $3K. You then transfer that amount to Line 13 of your 1040.

    What do you mean by "I am a day trade patent"?
