    You could try a system restore, but I don't hold out too much hope.

    You can try and get hold of:

    Recover My Files

    I have this and its amazing. You can download the Trial, and use it to locate the files, it won't allow you to restore them unless you purchase a licence key.

    You could try some data recovery software like
    Recover Deleted Files with Smart Undelete Software. Restore Deleted Files. Undelete Files. Retrieve Deleted Files.
