    I work for a small company that supplies software to callcenters, good software with some unique features and a lot of potential.
    My job is a combination of helpdesk services and technical installations, but with the growth of our company, the helpdesk need also grows.

    Eventually it'll expand to the point that it'll need management, and as one of the most experienced workers there, and senior workers, I intend to fill that management position, shifting my job from 'performing' to a 'coordinating' function.
