My 13 year old daughter saw a black figure in the bathroom mirror and when she turned to look it was gone, but when she turned back to the mirror it was there. And she also expirenced the same thing at her school in the bathroom. She is very scared so please can you tell me what this means.

Tell your daughter not to worry. She is just more sensitive, as most children are, to the other side or spirit world. It sounds like the same spirit in both places. Has she had someone very close to her pass on? Because if she has it is probably that spirit watching over her. Another possibility is that it is a family member. In any event there is nothing to be scared of.

I was watching one of those psychic shows on television, I think it was Paranormal State on A&E, and they were talking about that same thing. Sometimes you see a black figure out of the corner of your eye and when you look its gone. They are called shadow people. I think they are just spirits or ghosts. I've seen them myself. I think sometimes these ghosts/spirits are just looking for a friend. Lol They may be dead relatives watching over your daughter. Or maybe she is just sensitive to seeing ghosts. If she gets really good at it maybe she can have her own television show one day.:D

Ok this is coming form someone who has seen dark figures in the past, and I did some research and it turns out that mirror are actually used as portals from one world to another usually used as a way out not away in, so whatever is trying to get out of that mirror si doing it thought your daughter, now this may actually sound disturbing and it is in certain levels, BUT all you have to do is always keep you mind under control, or in this case your daughters, just as steph1216 sais your daughter is more sensitive so all you BOTH have to do is rely on your religion and god's strength that will help you through all. And if you're not religious person you have to trust your own strength and never let anything like this trick you into something. You DO NOT have to go with an agresive attitude that could just make things worse and anger that shadow, you just have to keep your calm at all times.
IF this continues, and that's a huge IF, you might want to call some specialist but until them just stick together, you sound like a strong enough person to deal with this right way.

she doesn't play fetch. she has zero interest in the balls i bought her, so I'm saving them for the kittens. she's slightly more interested in the ribbon teaser toy i bought her.

the closest thing to a toy she'll play with, are the rings from the top of milk jugs. she'll bat them around a little bit, but she prefers to just pick them up and carry them around.

She may be more playful once her stomach isn't so huge. :D

People ,they are either shadow forms or neo forms it when your mind try to stuff a figure from your memorie into the moment you see them it's a mentle error and it only last a veiw seconds if you happen to be overworking or doing more then usaul then that would be the reason for there apearence' it usauly happen after a huge amount of strease or high level emo.. aspects

But don't take it serously it could that you not sure of something and that why you keep seeing them!
