    I just do that for my feet.. not sure if its OK for your body? And over night you might hurt yourself...

    I used steroids,nep... gel. And der.. gel... that cleared me up really well. But as you see through some of these threads... using streriods isn't advisable.
    I'm maintaing using skin.. li... But being an obssesive lightner I'd like be as light as briana taylor. Than ill stop
    But yes I have used steroids based gels... and yes they did lighten me I moisturized a lot and still do tand use sunscreen like my life depended on it carry it in my bag were ever I go... and moisturize,suncreen,sunscreensnsunscreen,eat it live it sleep it.
