How to get out from contract to buy house (with a mortgage)?
    Hi,
I live in Warner Robins, GA. I have an agreement/contract to buy this house from the owners over a period of 14 years making monthly payments. I have a mortgage on the house but would like to move out. How do I get out of the contract and rid of my mortgage? How long would the whole process take (approx.) and how soon could I move?

Thank you for your time and consideration any and all help is appreciated.

I have no idea where to start from and I really need to get out of this.

    Thank you.

    Hello Shy:

You'll have to begin by telling us ALL the details... ALL of 'em.. Because we're missing something here...

Most people who buy their house on contract DON'T also have a mortgage... So, you're going to have to explain why you do, or we're not going to be much help.
