    Filing deadline for LLC.
    When the filing deadline for LLC companies and if I need to file for extension- the form # required. Thanks.

    Either Form 7701 for partnerships and corporations and Form 4868 for sole proprietorship.

    Should be Form 7004 for partnerships or corporations.
