    Looking for my adopted brother
    I am looking for my brother who was given up for adoption all I know is that it was a closed adoption and he was born in October of 1985 at mercy hospital in altoona, pa

    Have you registered at reunion sites, such as adoption.com, adoption.org, and ISSR?

    Many times, a sibling has NO rights to a search, unless there is a medical reason (bone marrow match or something).

    Is there some reason YOU are looking, and your shared parent is not?

    I've been looking through many sites. My mom told me when he was born but she doesn't know who the adoptive parents are because it was a closed adoption. I would just really like to know who my brother is and if he lives I the same city as me.
