    How do I calculate retained earnings?
    OK I have to find the retained earnings and I have no idea how to do so. My assets are $350,000.00 and my liabilities are $80,000.00 and capital stock is $210,000.00 how do I find the retained earning?

    Remember:

    Assets = Liabilities + Equity

    Now what makes up Equity? Do you get it now?
