    Garage Waterproofing
    I need a black material that is waterproof that attaches to your garage foundations
    And it creates a waterproof seal. I've been hunting for days on this any help would be excellent.

    Don't know your location, but you need "Foundation Coating". Big Box stores has it as well as hardware stores and masonry supply stores

    This is normally applied over masonry parging/smooth stucco Look at the roofing supplies in the big box stores and that's usually where its kept in 5 gallon buckets and 1 gallon.
